Returns & Exchanges

At Emissary Fine Linens, we know that happy customers come back again and again. And you tell your friends! We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase from us. If you are not, you may return or exchange unused merchandise, in its original packaging, within 30 days from the date you received it. Please read below for details and restrictions on returns, and for instructions on making returns.

If your return is a result of manufacturer error, you will be refunded all costs (including shipping & handling). If your return is NOT a result of a manufacturer error, please read the restrictions listed below.

Within 30 Days of Receipt

We will issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs. We can not accept returns after 30 days. You may expect to receive a refund within 15 days of our receipt of your return.


For all items being exchanged, you are required to pay for re-shipping orders.


All returned and exchanged items must be:

  • unused and unlaundered
  • free of pet hair
  • in their original packaging & shelf-ready condition—the same condition in which you received them

The following items may not be returned or exchanged:

  • custom, made-to-order items
  • monogrammed items
  • clearance items
  • pillows and comforters that have been removed from their packaging
